Since our inception Integrity has been our North Star and our Guiding Light. It is the Compass that aligns FMH from the Inside Out and Outside In. Public, Openness, and Transparency are the building blocks we use to establish Fund My Honorarium. Our website is a safe and secure platform where donors can be confident their donations will reach their intended cause. 

FMH is on a mission to transform the way we volunteer and fundraise to address critical social causes. Our transformation strategy will have a positive economic impact for disadvantage communities. FMH new operating model and next-gen platform will initiate a fundamental shift in the way donations are processed to reach the intended cause.  

Charitable Problem Areas

The biggest problems with charitable giving are that there is very little or almost no transparency, accountability, governance, and security (i.e., No TAGS). These 4-known exposures are being aggressively exploited. FMH has identified seven plagues that are infectious to the industry. We call them Industry Kill Points. These seven plagues are bad actors, fake charities, fake messages, scams, fraud, embezzlement, and falsified reporting. Many organizations who are impacted by this may be conflicted with the fear of reporting such misconduct. When illicit behavior or misuse occurs, many times go unreported; they fear losing future funding. The organization now results to operating in silence and secrecy to avoid public embarrassment. 

Fake Charities

Believe it or not, there are many fake charities, fake foundations, and fake nonprofit organizations. According to webbspy who published a list of fake charities, show that these organizations play on the emotions of donors by associating their charities with meaningful names tied to heartfelt causes.

News reports have shown numerous athletic and entertainment celebrities, politicians, activist, social media personalities, and various bad actors are involved with many fake charities, nonprofits and causes for the sole purpose to deceive donors of their money.
